Slander spread by Mundimex vs. the truth about Multimag magnetizers

MULTIMAG and Multi - slander spread by Mundimex. Attack launched by US competitor

The statement below has been prepared in response to slanderous accusations against the inventors of MULTIMAG magnetic activators which have again been spread through the Internet by Stefan Zawistowski from the New York-based company Mundimex. Some Internet users have not had an opportunity to become familiar with our previous clarifications which were published on our website at www.multimag.pl and then removed after receiving patents in the USA, Europe and Poland, and after winning court cases which were brought against us in Poland by Mundimex. The only success achieved by Warsaw lawyers zealously defending the interests of our US competitor was extending the court case to nearly five years. The delaying tactics were very important to Mundimex, since they bought Stefan Zawistowski more time for vilifying us on the Internet and for spreading information that the ongoing court battle would certainly end in our defeat. The decision issued by the Regional Court in Warsaw was earth-shattering for our competitor.

Even top lawyers hired by Mundimex gave up their right to appeal against the decision to a higher court after reading grounds for the decision in which the Court stated that the Plaintiff’s (i.e. Mundimex’s) main and sole motivation for bringing the accusations was to eliminate MULTIMAG activators from the market. The conclusion drawn by the Court was based on extensive material evidence presented by us throughout the proceedings. Experts appointed by the Court were also unanimously in our favour.

The Patent Offices in the USA, Europe and Poland did not have the slightest doubt, either. Despite the fact that Mundimex compiled a vast body of statements and opinions claiming that MULTIMAG was an illegal knock-off of the US invention known worldwide under the name of "Magnetizer” since 1984, specialists from Patent Offices easily recognized that the conflict of technologies between MGI Magnetizer and MULTIMAG existed only in the imagination of Mundimex representatives. Both the method of activation of hydrocarbon fuels, water and liquid, and technical solutions used in both magnetizer types are completely different. For our product we have received the following patents: USA 6,143,045; Europe 0964994, Poland 186233. The originality of our globally innovative technology of fuel and water activation was also appreciated by the Jury of the World Exhibition of Innovation, Research and New Technologies, comprising experts from 26 countries, which awarded Multimag devices a Gold Medal with Mention and a Special Jury Award for originality. Multimags were similarly appreciated at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, where they won a Bronze Medal, and in Budapest, where the invention was honoured with the prestigious GENIUS Award. What is more, multiple comparative studies performed both by scientists and practitioners have demonstrated that Multimag devices are much more effective than traditional magnetizers.

Why, then, despite receiving patents, winning medals and a court case, are MULTIMAG devices so persistently attacked by Mundimex, USA?

In 1997, a meeting was held in Poland with representatives of the US company Mundimex and our scientists and practitioners specializing in magnetic activation of fuel and water. One of our professors mentioned to our US guests that results of Polish studies had been successfully verified in Japan, both in the Research Centre of New Energy Sources and in a gas system at metal works. The professor showed our guests test results and thermographic images representing the distribution of temperatures in the gas flame and in the combustion chamber before and after using magnetic activators. He stressed that the activators were of a new type, differing markedly from traditional magnetizers in terms of method and effectiveness of impact on solid, liquid and gaseous media. The novel method of asymmetrical activation had been co-developed by Polish scientists and practitioners with a Japanese and Swedish cooperation. Scientific studies were conducted mainly at the Nagoya University’s Institute of New Energy Sources, in Japan.

It was demonstrated that due to asymmetry in energy density between the two poles of ceramic magnets hydrocarbon particles contained in fuel span in a narrowing spiral with variable radius and stroke, instead of a circle (as in traditional magnetizers). Consequently, they have a greater ability to break hydrocarbon clusters apart, which translates into higher fuel savings and more favourable distribution of temperatures both in the flame itself and in the combustion chamber, compared to effects achieved by other magnetizers. The asymmetry of energy used in new activators (Multimag devices) is parallel to the principle utilized in electronic optics for the focusing of charged particles. Both cases rely on heterogeneous magnetic field. No other magnetizers available worldwide are based on this principle of operation.

Stefan Zawistowski, who was present at the meeting, listened to our professor’s account with great concentration and visible business excitement. He immediately proposed a licence agreement to protect the interests of the originators of the invention and Mundimex, the future sole distributor of the activators. We reached a preliminary arrangement that the final decision would be made after becoming familiar with terms and conditions of the proposed agreement and consulting it with our foreign partners who were co-originators of the device. Two weeks later we received a draft agreement from Mundimex. Since the terms of the agreement were evidently favourable only to the US side, and not to the originators of the innovative method and activators, we raised a number of clearly specified objections. Our overall impression was that Mundimex wanted to take the full credit for inventing the new type of magnetizers. Our further talks were also unsuccessful.

After repeated discussions which ended without reaching an agreement, the Head of Mundimex said bluntly, with irritation, that we would never launch our magnetizers on the market because after 15 years of doing business in the USA he knew how to kill the competition. He said no one would ever believe that our magnetizers were better than theirs, especially in Poland, a country that simply loves anything that comes from the US. He warned us that we would regret our decision. He added that our professor would never get a US visa again. He assured us he knew how to make this happen.

Stefan Zawistowski proved to be a very determined person. Using his favourite cowboy-style methods, he has been fighting with us as his competitors for nine years now. To avoid a court case in Poland, he provided his Google note with information that it was written in New York, on 20 November 2002. He knows indeed how to sabotage inconvenient competitors. We could not have been foreseen that such measures might be taken by a man whom we taught the principles of magnetic activation of fuel and water for several years.

Our team consisted of scientists and practitioners who had specialized in the magnetization of media for at least 10 years before MGI Magnetizer and Mundimex were established in the USA.

Our experience in the field was even recognized on Mundimex’s website which cited results of research conducted by our professors as well as practical achievements of my humble self, Krystian Witaszak, the author of this explanatory note (we have printouts from these websites). Zawistowski mentioned me as Europe’s most experienced specialist in fuel/water magnetization in large industrial installations, which was a gross exaggeration. I hope that the documents presented on our website at www.multimag.pl represent sufficient evidence to prove that Mundimex’s accusations presented on the Internet in the text “FRAUD ADVISORY ABOUT "MULTIMAG" MADE IN POLAND” are in full contradiction of the truth and must be regarded as reprehensible slander.

MULTIMAG devices, i.e. magnetic activators of a new generation, are above all competitors in terms of effectiveness of action in water and fuel systems. They would certainly be hailed by Mundimex USA as an amazing global breakthrough… if only they were owned by Mundimex.
